I worked at CGI as a PHP Analyst Developer, collaborating with distributed teams both on-site and remotely. After around one year, I became lead developer for Perfo@Suppliers, an application used to measure supplier performance for a major French aerospace company.

My role involved maintaining and evolving the application, fixing issues and developing new features based on client requirements. I also worked on reverse-documenting the project in order to formalize business logic and improve the understanding of legacy code that was sometimes poorly documented.

I worked closely with client teams through regular project meetings focused on tracking fixes, releases and defining upcoming developments.

A significant part of my responsibilities also involved estimating new features, presenting and justifying technical decisions to the client, and writing technical and functional specifications for other developers. This allowed me to act as both a technical and functional reference on several areas of the project.
