As part of my professional bachelor's degree, I spent one year working for a software company developing Bob Booking, a SaaS solution designed for professionals in the music, live entertainment and broader cultural industries.

The platform provided a regularly updated professional directory, contact geolocation features, as well as various tools for contact management, emailing and task tracking.

My main project involved developing an import/export microservice to enable file and data exchanges between Bob Booking and third-party applications. I also worked with the Facebook Graph API to extract and integrate relevant data into the platform's contact database.

Alongside this work, I contributed to application maintenance and bug fixing. In particular, I resolved a significant issue related to processing customer emails that had accumulated in a queue. This experience gave me hands-on exposure to an existing SaaS application and to real-world challenges involving integrations, data processing and application reliability.
